1. LEMO TV keeps buffering
Buffering usually means the connection can't keep up with the stream. Run a speed test on the TV itself — not your phone. Allow around 15 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Restart your router and streaming device
- Use a wired Ethernet connection, or move the router closer
- Pause downloads and other streams on the same network
- Try a lower-quality version of the channel, if one is listed
2. The login fails
Compare the server address, username and password character by character with your welcome message. Watch for extra spaces, a missing http:// prefix or confusing letters like O and 0. If everything matches, your plan may have ended — message us to check.
3. "Max connections" or a stream limit error
Your plan sets how many screens can play at once. Close the player on other devices and wait a minute. If you regularly watch on more screens, a two- or three-device plan fixes this for good.
4. The channel guide is empty
Open the player's settings and refresh or reload the playlist and EPG. Large guides can take a few minutes to load the first time. Restart the app afterwards.
5. One channel won't play
Try another channel in the same group. If others work, that feed may be temporarily down — send us the channel name and we'll check it.
6. The app crashes or won't open
Clear the app's cache in your device settings, or uninstall and reinstall it. On Fire TV, reinstall with Downloader code 1572987 — see the Firestick guide.
