Before you start
Check your TV is connected to the internet and updated to the latest software. Have your order reference or trial details ready. A wired connection gives the most stable picture.
Set up LEMO TV step by step
1. Open your TV's app store
Samsung TVs use the Tizen app store; LG TVs use the LG Content Store on webOS.
2. Install a compatible player
Search for an IPTV playlist player. If you're unsure which one to pick, ask support for the current recommendation for your model.
3. Note the MAC address
Open the player. It shows a MAC address — a code like 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx. Write it down or take a photo.
4. Send it to support
Message us the MAC address and your order reference. We'll activate your playlist on the player.
5. Restart and watch
Close and reopen the player. Let the channel guide load, then try a live channel.
Some players charge a licence fee
Many Smart TV players offer a free trial period, then ask for a one-off activation fee paid to the player's developer. That fee is separate from your LEMO TV subscription.
Common Smart TV problems
- Player not in the store — older TVs may not support it; ask us for an alternative
- Playlist won't load — restart the TV fully by unplugging it for 30 seconds
- Picture stutters — switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection
