Terms of Service
The terms for using lemotv.us.com and subscriptions purchased through this website. Updated October 15, 2026.
Agreement
Using this website or purchasing a subscription means you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Give accurate contact details, keep your login credentials private and contact support if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Simultaneous streams
Your subscription specifies the number of streams you may use at once. Installing a player on several devices does not increase that limit. Do not resell or publicly redistribute a personal subscription.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its systems, share credentials outside the agreed plan, bypass access controls or use the service to infringe others’ rights.
Availability and your connection
Channels, guide data and on-demand titles may change. We cannot promise that every feed will be available at every moment. You are responsible for your internet connection, compatible hardware and any player licence fees.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and cover the listed term. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Payment is processed by a third-party provider. Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
Misuse, unauthorised redistribution or other breaches may lead to suspension or termination. Contact support to resolve an account or payment problem.
Intellectual property
Website branding and materials belong to their respective rights holders. A subscription does not transfer copyright or give you permission to redistribute content.
Liability and applicable law
Service is supplied on an as-available basis, subject to rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Disputes and any limitations of liability remain subject to applicable law.
