DMCA & Copyright Policy
How rights holders can report claimed infringement and how we respond. Updated October 15, 2026.
Our position
We respect intellectual property rights and review clear notices of alleged infringement. This page is a reporting process and does not represent a claim that a designated agent has been registered.
Where to send a notice
Send copyright notices to support@lemotv.us.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject. Include enough information for us to identify the material and contact you.
What a notice should include
Identify the copyrighted work, the specific material or location complained of, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review the information, may ask for clarification, and may restrict or remove the identified material when appropriate. We may notify the affected account holder of the complaint.
Counter-notification
If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact support with the disputed material, your contact details and an explanation. Any formal counter-notification must meet applicable legal requirements.
Repeat infringement
Accounts associated with repeated infringement may be restricted or terminated. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate reports may have legal consequences.
Trademark and impersonation
Report suspected misuse of the LEMO TV name through the contact page. This website’s address is lemotv.us.com.
